Scott D. Gerla is a Chartered Accountant with more than 19 years of accounting experience. Prior to his appointment as Vice President, Financial Reporting and Compliance, Mr. Gerla was Vice President, Finance of Koch Pipelines Canada, Ltd., and the Controller for the Canadian transportation division of Koch Petroleum Canada, LP. From December 1997 to April 1999, he held the position of controller of Arcis Corporation, a seismic geophysical company. From 1987 to December 1997, Mr. Gerla worked with Ernst & Young LLP where he advanced to the level of Senior Audit Manager. Mr. Gerla graduated from the University of Regina in May 1987 with a Bachelor of Administration. He successfully completed his Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants term of service requirements in 1990 and is currently a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta. |
