Non-Resident Ownership Prohibited
Residents of Canada, or Canadian partnerships are eligible investors.
Inter Pipeline Fund is registered as a limited partnership under the laws of the Province of Alberta. The limited partnership agreement requires that only Eligible Investors are permitted to purchase and own Class A units of Inter Pipeline. An Eligible Investor is a person who is a resident of Canada, or if a partnership, is a Canadian partnership, for purposes of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
In most cases, persons with addresses outside of Canada will not be Eligible Investors. |
