Inter Pipeline Fund has adopted a Distribution Reinvestment and Optional Unit Purchase Plan (the Plan), which enables eligible holders of Class A Limited Partnership units to accumulate additional units in Inter Pipeline Fund in a convenient and cost effective way.
The Distribution Reinvestment Purchase Plan (DRIP) enables eligible unitholders to direct cash distributions paid by Inter Pipeline to be re-invested in additional units at a 5% discount of the then prevailing ‘market price'. The market price is the weighted average close price for the previous 10 trading days prior to the payment date of the distribution. Under the Optional Unit Purchase Plan (OUPP), eligible unitholders can make additional investments between $500 to $100,000 per calendar year to Class A Units of Inter Pipeline, without commission or brokerage fees. Under the OUPP, unitholders are not eligible for a 5% discount.
If you would like to participate in the Plan, registered unitholders should complete the authorization form by clicking here and send the completed form to Computershare Trust Company of Canada (the Plan Agent).
Beneficial unitholders should contact their broker, investment dealer, financial institution, or other nominee who holds their units, as they must enrol on your behalf.
