Position: Vice President, Capital Markets

Jeremy A. Roberge was appointed Vice President, Capital Markets in February 2006 after joining the General Partner as Treasurer in June 2004. He is responsible for Inter Pipeline's debt and equity financings, treasury, corporate banking and investor relations activities. Prior to joining the General Partner, Mr. Roberge was a Director within the Global Energy group of a major Canadian investment bank. He has over 13 years of banking and corporate finance experience, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings and corporate valuations. Mr. Roberge graduated from the University of Calgary in 1994 with a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree. In 2000, he completed his Master of Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
